AquaSkipper is a new 6-foot-long Jet Ski that makes you hop on water instead of walking or surfing on it.

The device relies on the hopping motion to propel the ski forward.

It is made from aircraft grade aluminum and has a wingspan of seven feet. For the propulsion the device relies on a fiberglass spring.

The hydrofoils create minimum drag which allows it to go up to 17 miles per hour.

Moreover it is much easier to carry than any other conventional ski as it can easily be folded and packed into a duffle bag.

The device is pollution free and is powered by humans, but still the $500 price tag makes it difficult to own.

This machine looks to be inspired from Star Wars, but actually is a boat dubbed Front Runner.

The boat has an all-aluminum body that makes it light and gives it the ability to fly across smooth water.

Front Runner is powered by a 215HP engine and uses ‘win forward-mounted jet-drive motors’ to propel it forward.

The machine is designed in such a manner that it skims on top of very shallow water, such as your bathtub.

BRP has launched a new ultra-light REV-XP platform for its Ski-Doo snowmobiles.

These snowmobiles were already the lightest in the market, but this new platform has further reduced their weight making them 10-15% lighter then the previous model.

Making things light has only made the machine stronger as its chassis will now be 37% stronger than the previous model.

The result of the technology is that the 2008 MX Z Adrenaline 600 H.O SDI will weigh just 194Kgs.

The new platform has changed the snowmobile from skis to rear bumper. Still the company has retained the critical REV DNA such as a driver-centered riding position and centralized mass.

Interested people will have to wait until next week for the full details of this new line-up.
