To expand its fleet in highly designed vessels Princess Cruises has announced to introduce one new entrant to its family.

This new Emerald Princess has emerged as 17th vessel in the Princess fleet that can accommodate 3,110 passengers.

The new vessel will spend summers in Mediterranean and offer 12-night cruises out of Rome, Venice and Barcelona.

In October this huge vessel will sail for the Caribbean, where it will offer 10-night trips out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

The ship offers an extraordinary piazza-style atrium and an adults-only retreat called The Sanctuary. It also touts for it’s an outdoor movie screen to telecast Princess’ innovative Movies under the Stars program.

To add new menus in the dining room with improved buffet service and pizza delivery the Princess is tinkered with its new cooking program and to continue multi-year expansion program the industry is also looking ahead to introduce five new major ships that includes Royal Carribean in May, Norwegian in October and Cunard in December.
